Our Story

Anaya emerged from a profound calling, a gentle awakening to honour, reclaim, and celebrate the timeless sacred wisdom woven through ancestral lineages. Here, transformation unfolds naturally, not hurried or imposed, but embraced with care, patience, and reverence.

Ayu Candradewi, our founder, brings her unique journey and cultural wisdom to every aspect of Anaya. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Postgraduate qualification in Arts (Psychology), she blends deep knowledge with lived experience. She also completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and studied the neuropsychology of decision making, which all she thoughtfully integrates into Anaya.

Anaya is more than a brand or a program, it is a living invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and awaken to the fullness of who you are. Here, you are seen, held, and called into a sacred unfolding that honours your unique rhythm. Rooted in a legacy of healing that ripples beyond the individual, touching generations to come. Anaya honours Eastern indigenous wisdom while also being deeply informed and supported by modern psychological theory, weaving together ancient wisdom and modern insight for true transformation.

While this offering holds space for profound personal transformation, it is important to recognise that it is not a substitute for counseling, psychological treatment, or psychiatric care. Anaya is designed to complement your journey, not to replace professional mental health services.

Anaya also gives back by supporting indigenous cultures and championing environmental longevity, causes our founder has passionately advocated for over many years. This commitment to nurturing both people and the planet is a vital thread woven into the fabric of our work, ensuring that healing extends beyond the individual and into the collective future.

Welcome to the journey. Welcome home.
