The woman behind Anaya

Ayu Candradewi is the founder and visionary behind Anaya, a transformative framework that blends the ancient wisdom of Bali and Eastern traditions with the depth of modern psychology. Born in Bali, and has lived as an Indonesian New Zealander since, Ayu’s journey has evolved from diverse professional experiences to dedicated work in women’s wellness and holistic psychology.

In 2022, Anaya began as a personal creative project. It has since evolved into a curated service and an expanding methodology designed for high-achieving women seeking emotional clarity, spiritual alignment, and profound personal transformation.

Ayu’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Business, a Graduate Diploma in Arts (Psychology), and Postgraduate in Arts, completing most of her papers in women’s and Indigenous psychology. She has also completed a basic course in neuropsychology and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. These diverse qualifications underpin the Anaya Method, an integrative, behavior-based approach fostering self-awareness, emotional refinement, and holistic wellbeing.

Deeply rooted in her Balinese heritage, Ayu draws inspiration from the island’s spiritual rhythms, rituals, and ancestral philosophies, which shape the guiding principles of Anaya. She works closely with select clients worldwide through private sessions and intimate groups, with a long-term vision to expand Anaya into a global movement centered on sacred self-mastery, psychological integrity, and intentional living.

Anaya offers a discreet, intentional space for women to reconnect with their inner truth, navigate life transitions, and grow with clarity and sovereignty. Alongside bespoke offerings, Ayu remains committed to environmental stewardship and cultural preservation, ensuring the brand supports meaningful collective and charitable initiatives.
